NEW PRICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Playbuy.it proposes a revolution to the system for sales point price management (in any format), overcoming the traditional restraints of
existing systems through a powerful Wi-Fi network for simple and safe price management.
The software installed on the customers server reads the price data from the checkout system and transmits the changes to the transmission
system which sends them to the electronic price ticket.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The customers change the prices of the products through their system (or through accessories like the PDA, depending on the Customers
processes)
1) The Server receives the new price which is transmitted to the network Hub
2) Each HUB transmits the price change to the price tickets in the network
3) Each price ticket confirms the price change and its status
4) Each HUB confirms the operations and the status of the network and of the price tickets
ALL THIS HAPPENS IN A FEW MILLISECONDS.
THE ADVANTAGES:
Infrastructure ready in 4 hours: all you need is a power supply and a data cable. Each HUB uses plug&play hardware and software
Simple and safe management: thanks to automonitoring no manual intervention on the system is required. No errors between the checkout system and displayed prices.
Remote management of several stores and/or Multistore management, without the need for local IT infrastructure: the system communicates directly through the web
New marketing opportunities: the system can be personalised and provides dynamic promotion management at the point of sale. Price alignment in terms of competition in the catchment area
Distribution intelligence: the HUBs are self-controlled to distribute the flow of data according to the various work loads in the network. In the same way, the electronic price ticket connects to the HUB which allows greater energy saving.
A protected investment: each component can be remotely updated and prepared for future development and improvements to the system. The wireless technologies used will be the standard for telecommunications for the next twenty years.
